We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers in a brokerage capacity, and nothing on this site is a solicitation to list a property for sale. Properties presented here are marketed as an assignment of our equitable interest under a purchase contract.
We are not attorneys, accountants, appraisers, or financial advisors. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Talk to your own professionals before making a decision about your property.
Information on this site — including estimated values, repair estimates, rent ranges, projected returns, and program descriptions — is general and for information only. It is not an offer to buy or sell any property, and it does not obligate either of us to anything.

Figures shown for properties we are marketing — after-repair value, repair costs, rents, profit ranges, comparable sales — are estimates prepared for a buyer’s own evaluation. They are not guarantees, appraisals, or promises of any result. Buyers must perform their own independent due diligence, including their own inspection, title review, and valuation. Photographs and condition descriptions reflect the property as of the inspection date and may not reflect its current state.
